It's the opposite. 

To transceive with the SB-303, remove #40-479, the 21 mHz trap coil
and the 180 pF cap.  

Also convert the 270 ohm and 100 pF cap pair to just a 270 ohm
resistor. 

These are on the small circuit board on the upper chassis, between
the LMO and the RF cage.

There are some other changes so you should refer to the SB-401
manual.
