[Heathkit] HP-23x voltage setting

Rich,
The voltage should be ID'ed as 300 VDC instead of 350,
should it not?  I looked at that closely after an
earlier post, because, as usual, I screwed something
up.  Back when I had an SB-100 about 35 years ago, the
HP-23 had just the on-off positions instead of the
250-off-300 positions.  When I went through the
checkout and alignment of an HW-101 I acquired earlier
this year, for some reason I thought that 250 was the
correct setting and that 300 was for compatibility
with other rigs.  Doh!

That explains why I have reduced output; the voltage
at the screen grids are too low!
