[Heathkit] CW and AM transmitter

Not really!  I omitted it from my list, not forgot it!

AM operation on the Marauder was basically an "after
thought" and the power output is reduced as well as
not being of the greatest "quality" on many units. 
That is why I did not include the HX-10 in my list.  

I did "assume" that the person who asked the question
was looking for a transmitter to use on AM / CW and
not SSB.  If he had asked about a transmitter that
could run AM / CW / SSB then the HX-10 would have been
the answer.

Also, the HX-10 was advertised as being an FSK (for
RTTY) operation as well.
