If you want CW and AM and a built in VFO then you are
looking at the DX-100, DX-100B, and TX-1 Apache. All
of these have built in power supplies. If you are
willing to use an external power supply then you can
add the MT-1 Cheyenne.

Both the DX-100 series and the Apache are plate
modulated and run a pair of 6146 tubes in the final
amplifier. The Cheyenne uses "controlled carrier"
modulation (a form of screen modulation that involves
the clamp tube) and has a single 6146 in the final.

Heath did not make any other CW / AM equipment that
had a built in VFO for HF. The DX-35, DX-40, and
DX-60 series did have controlled carrier AM and a
built in power supply. But, they did not have a built
in VFO.

Heath did make the VHF-1 Seneca that covered 6 and 2
meters CW / AM with a VFO and the Shawnee and Pawnee
which were 6 meter and 2 meter transceivers that had a
VFO as well.
