[Heathkit] SB220 Power Up

Guy,
I would bring the SB-220 up slowly on a variac.
At some point you will want to replace the PS capacitors.
Harbach had a replacement set, but they have been shut down some time.
The was a recent post about suitable substitutes from Mouser.
