[Heathkit] re 6146 tubes

I read somewhere (I thought it was here, but apparently not) that they
are actually late-model 6146As, built for applications like the SB/HW
series that the current B type wouldn't really work for. Apparently
all the tube envelopes of the time read "6146B", so the "6146A" marking
was added to the glass.
All the 6146s I remember seeing have had the three-letter designation
-- not sure what it means, but they all seem to work the same.
