Hi Gang!!
I have a piece here that I'm offering here first. An IM-16 Voltmeter.
This is a solid state Voltmeter and is a bench model. It has a 6" meter
movement.
It runs off of 120 VAC or its own DC battery (9 volt). Does AC and DC to
1500 volts and
goes from R X 1 to R X 1 MEG. I've checked the lot ranges on DC and the
Ohms meter
and it seems accurate. I didn't get it with a set of probes but I found a
1/4" phone plug cable that
works at least for checking out the meter. I'll put that with this
item. Meter should clean up fairly nice.
Drawback to the thing is that the person who build it decided to inscribe
their driver's license number on
the front panel on one end. It's inside on the chassis too. the other
thing that was done was to drill three holes
which are plugged, so the AC, DC and bias adjustments can be accessed from
outside the meter.
The cabinet top and bottom can be interchanged so you could put that on the
bottom so it looks nicer.
It was never drilled for feet so I think that I'd put some on it. Your
choice. Meter seems to be well built
and I was surprised how accurate the ohmmeter was even on the 1 Meg
scale. Please give this a nice home.
For $30.00 you can do that and I'll ship it CONUS for the price. Let me know.
Thanks!!
