[Heathkit] Heathkit SB-101 part needed

I need the following parts for my SB-101. 
This radio had been used heavily showing the following parts need be replaced.
Does anybody know  where I can find it? 

- Power switch( 4 position selector) 
- LSB & USB crystals 
- SSB filter
- Circular plastic main frequency dial(PN# 100-449) and dial drive pulley & bushing(PN# 100-444, 455-42) 

The crystals oscillates at lower frequencies. Main dial is slipping due to heavy usage.
