[Heathkit] HW-101 low output tx

After working fine for a long time, My 101 went down to to 5 watts max transmit, did a visual...no blown caps or resistors, all resistors checked ok, antenna ok, replaced all tubes including finals and still no change, bias and plate current have not change. I know there could be a hundred reasons for this but any guidance or if anyone has been through the same, any advice appreciated.
