The factory recommended cure for 833.33 tone, severe audio feedback, and
other maladies was to make sure all the mounting hardware is tight and
the ground straps are securely soldered.  Loosen up the screws holding
the boards to the chassis and retighten them.

It worked for me.

The "hum" may actually be an 833.33 Hz tone from the synthesizer. Most
HW-2036's have this low level tone on the audio, both transmit and
receive. No way to filter it out, but you might check to see that all of
the circuit board mounting studs and ground connections are tight.
