[Heathkit] 28.635 MHz signal

It is easier to just list the website of the "sound"
of the signal that is moving from 28.635 MHz up about
1 KHz each day.  Since it is moving all over the
country it really doesn't sound like a "local" source.
 However, since there isn't much new information I can
certainly conceed that it may be appropriate to let
the subject go "fallow" for a while.

There was a similar signal that appeared on the same
frequency a little over a year ago and was discussed
on another reflector.  I am going to list the two
websites that are involved.  The first is for the WAV
file with the "sound" and the second is an archive of
the "original" discussion.
