[Heathkit] 28.635 Sig rept using spectrum display

It has moved about another 1 KHz higher in frequency
in the last 24 hours (about 2 KHz in 2 days). 
"Strange"!

Still the same modulation scheme as yesterday but the
frequency is definitely higher.  The colorburst spurs
are now outside of this particular signal.

The polarization is still vertical.
