[Heathkit] SB-600, PS or Speaker, or both

After looking at the pictures, I am sure this is NOT an HP-23 as the
transformer is a Stancor transformer with a full metal jacket. and
the layout just doesn't look anything like those pictures of the
HP-23.
But it would seem to be big enough so I just need to do some mods to
get the right voltages out of it.
