[Heathkit] TRW VFO

Hi All: I would like to hace direct contact with someone with experience
with this Type of VFO. The one I have is in a SB-310 receiver , All the
VFO in the SB line generete from 5.0 to 5.5 Mhz.  with 5 and 1/5 turns
in theshaft that moves the  variable capacitor, and thus goes from zero
to zero in the plastic dial. In the case of the LMO that I have in this
SB-310 the dial stops at 60 in the dial and indicates that the freq. is
+/- 14. 280 and the freq of the unit is near 5.5. mhz. I have it apart
and all looks clean and smooth. The three and 1/2 turns of the dial is
correct and the stops in the shaft seem to be working correct. When
feeding the unit with the VFO of a SB-102 the unit  works as it should.
I do not have the manual , but will order one on monday. Help on this
subject will be apreciated.
