Ron,
You are correct. The HW-202 only received from 146.0 - 148.0 MHZ using crystals.
The handmike did not use a battery.

Was the HW-202 the two meter rig that only covered 2 mHz of the band, or the
other two mHz of the band?
Was the HW-202 the two meter rig that came with a MIC that required a battery
to operate?
