[Heathkit] HW-101 driver grid & plate alignment

I'm doing the subject alignment procedure, but the
foldout from page 106 in the manual (Fig. 1-3) is
missing from my manual.

Can someone describe the position either in tic marks
or clock positions for the preselector settings for
7.2, 14.2, 21.2 and 29.2 MHz?
