[Heathkit] HD 1250 Part Needed

I picked one of these up yesterday primarily for  the box as the hinge 
is notorious
for breaking off.
I was told the osc level pot was broken . It seems to nice a unit to scrap
so wonder if anyone has
P.N. 10-125  , R1, 100K control  they might part with.
My junk box is large but this one has a smaller shaft with a flat milled to
fit the adjustment knob. Very unusual

I have another so all is not lost if I can't find one but might as well try.
I found this unit very helpful for various applications.
