[Heathkit] choke for 401--adding readout

Hi
  Iam adding a sb-650 readout to a 300/401 combo. heath calls for a 
choke to be added to the 401  # 45-76. the manual does not give a value 
for the choke. need value or ...even better... a choke or where I might 
find one.
