[Heathkit] HW-101 low output on 80 & 40 m

Does it receive OK?

Since the problem is only on 80 and 40, I would suspect one of the 
driver/preselector coils because they are in a series/parallel 
arrangement. Also check the heterodyne oscillator coils for opens or 
misalignment.
