Many Thanks to all who replied with the phone number.  I did contact 
Mike and was told that my panel has been sent (mailed on April 18th - 
Priority Mail).  Should have been here by now but the Post Office has 
been known to be slow.  He also said that he will be  closing down the 
website and only do local business.

I will make another post here if and when the panel arrives.
