[Heathkit] SB101 manual PDF file

I just uploaded a PDF version of the SB-101 manual MINUS the 
building instructions, to the BAMA mirror (bama.edebris.com) upload 
directory. This is the so-called tech manual for the SB-101.

It is an 11 megabyte file, so either have high-speed internet, or plan to 
spend a long time downloading it via modem.

As soon as I can, I will upload it directly to BAMA.

I also uploaded an update "Notes for the C-3 Condenser Checker" to 
the BAMA uploads directory, AND to the BAMA mirror site, for those 
interested.

It turns out that when one is checking electrolytic caps which have high 
values, like 470 mfd at 450 VDC, for leakage, when the operator 
releases the leakage control, if the Main Control is over near the right-
hand stop, the resulting current surge as the cap discharges can blow 
one end of the control off, necessitating replacement of the control.

In order to eliminate this danger, when doing leakage, the main control 
should be over against the LEFT hand stop.
