[Heathkit] Help S meter circuirtry

Wally;
There was a service bulletin put out by Heathkit re this problem. It
seems if V3 and/or V4 become gassy, the G1 goes positive and causes the S
meter to go negative. Measure the G1's with a VTVM and if positive,
replace the tube(s). They recommend GE tubes only. Good luck.
