[Heathkit] Trying to ID Heathkit P/N

I'm trying to identify two parts that appear to have Heathkit part numbers
on them.  

     221-84
     221-84-01

These are 16 pin .300 spacing parts in plastic.  Date codes of 82 or so.  I
think these are from one of the "buy and sell" kits that Heathkit was doing
towards the end.

Anyone recognize these?
