I'd suggest buying from MFJ (item MFJ-21). This is one gallon of
proper non-PCB transformer oil for $24.95.
As others have suggested just about anything will "work". True
transformer is designed for heat transfer and will result in
lower resistors temperatures for a given dissipation. Using
other oils could also result in deterioration of the resistor
due to additives etc.
Make sure you fully drain and clean the load of all the old
oil before replacing it. This will insure freedom from any
issues of compatibility. The old oil should be disposed of
as if it is PCB just in case.
