Hi Guy:

Unless you WANT to really screw up a good Cantenna dummy load, I would 
recommend refilling it with a
NON- PCB transformer oil.  However, you can use a "veterinary" grade or 
better mineral oil at reduced power ratings.  Cooking oil as well as all 
forms of motor oil are NOT recommended.

You can purchase non-PCB transformer oil from a local major oil company 
distributor such as Shell or others.  Check out:
