[Heathkit] Question on SB-200 meter circuit, replacement

 Dennis,

  I need to clarify something, I forgot to explain. The 
1400 ohm meter movement is actually in parallel with
R4 the 15K resistor so the effective resistance of R4
is actually 1280 ohms, not 15K and the required voltage
needed to provide full scale deflection of the meter is .28
volts, not 3.
