[Heathkit] knobs wanted

I would like to find some replacements for the split and
overtightened gray knobs like the IG-42 and several others.
Why do people have to use brute force to tighten things? I
need about 4 of them but anything would help.

Also need a red binding post knob like used on IG-42 and so
many others with these banana jacks.
