[Heathkit] SB104 Filter Board problem

	I have been trying to solve a problem with the filter board (E) (85-1581-2)
on my SB104. It was updated to the latest mod by the previous owner. The
100hz (now 400hz) switch doesn't work properly in cw mode. When the switch
is out the sensitivity is very poor, seems like the filter routing is
incorrect and also has no tx output. When the filter switch is in it appears
to work ok both rx and tx.
	Also R679 was not changed to 5600 ohms as per the modification sheet
SBM-104-2. When I tried changing it, I ended up with no tx output. I changed
it back to 27K and tx works again. Obviously the previous owner never got it
to work properly.
 Any thoughts would be appreciated!
