[Heathkit] SB-200 Talk Back

Back when I first upgraded from Novice in 1959 I built
a homebrew plate modulator that used a pair of 807
tubes.  Not only did they "talk back", but they
"glowed" blue and you could actually see the audio as
you modulated.  The tubes were not gassey, but they
definitely had a blue glow when used as modulators.
