[Heathkit] SB-200 Talk Back

Dear List,

My SB-200 talks back to me on 15 meters.  It doesn't seem to come from
transformer but from the tube compartment.  It's not arcing and signal is
not distorted in any manner.  Has anyone had this problem and if so, what's
the solution?
