[Heathkit] Heathkit X-ACTO Knife Set

It might have been a premium from the Heath "Master Builder's Club". 
Heath tried this I think during the late 80's, perhaps to boost kit 
sales. When you bought a kit you would accumulate points toward some 
sort of accessories or tools. That's my recollection.
