[Heathkit] F/S: HP-23 power supply

Subject is the original HP-23. No suffix. It has the original 2-fuse
plug. I measured the value and leakage of all the electrolytics and they
are good. The resistors and diodes check good. I ran a HW-101 off of it
for a while and it did not get hot. I rate it a 9. Were it not for a
small dent and paint chip, it would be a 10. Price is $50 plus S&H.
