Strange, I'm missing one too. I also had a Halli-knob without
the chrome cone. A fellow turned a repro on his lathe for me.
What happens? Do these things fall off and people can't figure
out how to use glue?

The plastic bezel with metal plate shows up on eBay from time
to time.
