Solder the large shield between the 6146's and the driver tube to the
chassis with a great big gun/iron or a small torch.
Pentodes shouldn't need neutralized, mine didn't after I soldered the shield
down.
If this bothers you, remove the shield and clean the chassis top and shield
bottom, add a bit of anti-Ox between them and bolt it back in tight.
