[Heathkit] IO-4105 Scope Problem

I acquired an IO-4105.  The horizontal functions are working.=20

The vertical deflection looks like it is being driven up and down way =
off the tube face.  This doesn't change no matter what you do to the =
vertical input (short, open, AC or DC voltage).

Any hints?  I sure would like to use this scope if it can be fixed.
