[Heathkit] NE-2H ? Neon

An 82 k Ohm fits a NE-2H (high brightness) an 220 k Ohm would
fit a NE-2 (standard brightness). A NE-51H is a NE-2H with a base.
(the shape of the envelope is irrelevant)
