  Commerical made Buck Boost system.
  Made in USA it essentially drops 10 volts off of the incoming line voltage with a flick of a switch.  May also add 10 volts switching in the opposite direction.  Helps old radios with the hot transformer syndrome at 120 vac. Think of it as inexpensive insurance for your expensive radio. Current capability is approximately 3 amps. Brownish marks on photo are old tape marks only.  This unit is in good shape.
