[Heathkit] SB-104A Power Output Problem

I am getting full output (100 watts) all across 80 meters, on 40 meters full
output in the phone portion but less in the CW portion, 20 meters gets full
output at the top of the band but drops to 35 watts in the lower CW portion,
15 meters is about 55 watts across the band, and 10 meters in about 50 watts
across the band.

Can some kind soul provide suggestions on what steps to take next?  All
voltages are within specified ranges.
