[Heathkit] DX-60 PTT

I finished documenting the mod. I have step by step instructions, a
markup of the DX-60A schematic, and a pictorial from the DX-60A manual.

I'll try to scan it, but the schematic may not come out. An s.a.s.e.
will bring you a paper copy.
