Ed,

That one is real simple. Just replace the 6AU6 rf amp tube with a 6HS6. You should 
then get the sensitivity of an SB-102. Go to the website below my name and you'll 
find a bunch of good documentation on modifications and service bulletins for the 
SB-10x line (and HW-10x).
