[Heathkit] Wafer switch

I remember when I built my SB220 that they had failed to make an indexing 
position in the chassis, causing the switches not to line up correctly.  I burned 
up three switch wafers before I discovered the problem.  At that time Heath 
sent me replacement wafers no charge. Too bad they're not around at this time.
