[Heathkit] SB-200 Wafer Switch AK

I have a pretty bad "B" wafer switch.  All the bands work fairly well except 
80.  I cannot get a decent SWR when the amp is switched on.  With the amp 
switched off, no problem on 80 meters.  I noticed some arcing in the location of 
wafer B while tuning 80 meters.

Is it possible to change the B wafer?  Can I buy an all new 3 wafer rotary 
switch, or does it have to be done in parts?  Where would I start to look for 
parts?
