[Heathkit] SHIPPING DAMAGE

I had a differential from a Jaguar shipped in a wooden crate and it was 
very heavy so I know it wasn't on the top of the pile.  TWICE one was 
shipped (two different diffs) and it arrived BOTH times with the 3/8" 
bolts on the hub ends bent at a 90 degree angle!!!   They were packed, 
foamed in place, with 3 to 5 inches of foam around ALL sides in a wooden 
crate. The third unit made it.  I now ship EVERYTHING by USPS.  I dont 
like their attitude but their service is less destructive.
