[Heathkit] FS: HEATHKIT DX-60B XMTR, needs TLC but complete! W/pics!

Hi All;
Anyone need a nice easy winter project:-)
I have no electronic technical ability, but I did "poke" around with no 
success.
This DX-60B shows no grid drive at all, I always use the same xtals, nothing.
Putting in into AM mode, as I touch the mike connector on the panel, the 
meter jumps around so I think the Audio section is FB.
When I put it into plate meter position & function in CW, shows plate current 
about half scale, plate & load controls do nothing!
It has HV & LV & Bias.
The wiring is ok, nothing great, no telltale signs of burnt parts, all 
appears complete less a few screws, etc. All original feet & covers intact.
Chassis top has a few spots-o-oxidation from something that musta drip thru 
the top cover(cover is fine), see in pic!
Front Panel is excellent, cover is at least Very Good, side has a slight 
krinkle, seen in rear photo.

It should be fine in the right hands & make someone a nice rig.
