[Heathkit] More Heathkit AT-1 Questions

1)  I would like to remove the power transformer housing, clean and repaint 
with a high-temp spray.  I've never removed the cover of a transformer before, 
so is there anything I need to watch for?

2)  What is the tune up procedure for the AT-1.  Max ma. grid drive?  Max 
plate ma.?  Dip plate first, etc.?
