Surplus Sales of Nebraska seems to have a good stock of the good old Millen H.V. connectors.

For HT wires between a remote power supply and the radio/amp I like
chassis mount TNC (or BNC if you prefer) connectors and coax cable.
This combination is safe to 2000v and has the advantage of having
an additional ground path to the radio. I'm not a fan of using a PL-259
connector as there is the possibility that someone else will confuse the
connectors causing a hazard (this is why I like the odd TNC connectors).
