[Heathkit] Fw: HW-101 parts

Hello to all. I just bought an HW-101 and in the process of getting it on
the air I find that it has a bad carrier null pot Pt#10-147, 200 ohm.  It
also has one of the diodes in the balanced modulator with  a chip off one
end. I have looked in the parts catalogs that I have and I can't these.
The diode is listed as an FH1100 and I don't find a cross in NTE or ECG.
If there is a source for these I would very much appreciate the
information.
