[Heathkit] QF-1 (unbuilt) Q Multiplier for sale

I have an unbuilt, still in the the box Q-Multiplier for sale.  I understand that unbuilt kits are more valuable than already built units, but I don't know if that "rule" applies to units like this, or not.
