Yes, the range switch assembly was provided prewired from Heath. I
repaired one a year or so ago that had an open coil on either A or B,
don't recall which. The wire corroded through right where it attached
to the coil lug, and was even the "outer" end of the winding. How often
does THAT happen?!? :-)
I used to have a photo of the switch assembly, but haven't seen it in a
long time. The coils DO progress around the switch in order, and the
one with the CT is the A coil.
Nice little generator with decent shielding, something not often seen in
this class of gear.
