[Heathkit] Need Power Cable & Mic Plug for SB-101

Just made time to plug in the tubes and get my
recently acquired SB-101 settled in for operation.

I have discovered that buying the HP-23 supply
and SB-101 from separate sources left me without
a power cable ... sigh.

I thought I had the correct octals to build my
own but realized that all I have are an 8-pin
keyed female w/cowl & cable clamp, 7-pin unkeyed
male w/cowl & cable clamp, 8-pin keyed male,
8-pin keyed male w/pins 4 & 7 jumpered.

I also need a male 2-pin connector but only have
a female 2-pin and a female 8-pin.

Anyone have a spare cable laying around they'd be
willing to part with?

I'd prefer a swap for the 11-pin to 11-pin power
cable & the male 2-pin mic connector in trade
for all of the 6 connectors I have listed plus $5.00
for shipping, or some other swap or cash price.
